St. John Chrysostom Academy is excited to invite our families to our first-ever Adventures in Nature Walkathon on Friday, September 25, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM on the Academy campus in Bethlehem.
With the theme “Exploring the Good, the True, and the Beautiful, One Step at a Time,” this special walking adventure fundraiser brings our school community together while supporting experiences that help bring classical learning to life.
Walking for a Purpose
Our goal is to raise $20,000 for field trip transportation, helping make meaningful educational experiences possible for our students throughout the school year.
During the Walkathon, students and their families will walk the campus and complete adventure stations together. Along the way, the stations will reveal some of the exciting field trips planned for the year, giving students a glimpse of the exploration, discovery, and wonder ahead.
Every pledge and every step helps our students experience learning beyond the classroom and encounter the beauty of God’s creation in new ways.
How Families Can Participate
Families are encouraged to reach out to 10 to 20 friends, relatives, and neighbors to ask for their support. Any amount is appreciated, with $25 suggested as a good goal for each pledge.
Donations may be made online or by check to Chrysostom Academy. All pledges are due by September 21.
Families are also warmly invited to join their children for the Walkathon and experience the adventure together. Be sure to RSVP so we know you’ll be joining us.
